** Only complete these steps if you have confirmed with the facility administrator that the date you have requested is available for rent.

Once you have signed the Member Rental Agreement:

• Please fill out the MEMBER BANQUET or PAVILION DEPOSIT PAYMENT FORM below to proceed with the security deposit payment.

• Once payment is processed, we will reach out to you to finalize your booking.

• Get the signed copy of the rental agreement and the signed MEMBER RENTAL APPROVAL letter to the facility administrator.

The week of your event:

• Fill out the MEMBER BANQUET or PAVILION BALANCE OWED PAYMENT form below to proceed with the final payment for your rental.

• Coordinate the day and time to meet with the facility administrator to pick up keys if necessary.
