** Only complete these steps if you have confirmed with the facility administrator that the date you have requested is available for rent.
Once you have signed the 1st Responder Rental Agreement:

Please fill out the 1st Responder BANQUET or PAVILION DEPOSIT PAYMENT FORM below to proceed with the security deposit payment.

Once payment is processed, we will reach out to you to finalize your booking.

Get the signed copy of the rental agreement and the signed 1st Responder RENTAL APPROVAL letter to the facility administrator.
The week of your event:

Fill out the 1st Responder BANQUET or PAVILION BALANCE OWED PAYMENT form below to proceed with the final payment for your rental.

Coordinate the day and time to meet with the facility administrator to pick up keys if necessary.
